Refund and Return Policy

We at Shubham Footwear OPC private limited we have crafted our footwear for comfort, style and our love for the environment. We love all our products  and hope you will too.  We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

We have a Free 7-day return Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a return/refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

unused and the same condition as you received it

the original packaging.
All approved exchanges/replacement will be completed and delivered within 10 days 

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

If the product is returned after seven days

If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

Exclusive Sale
Orders placed during our Sale period are not eligible for returns. However, if you have a size issue or receive a defective or damaged product, we will assist you with an exchange, subject to size availability.
Once refund is approved, it will take 15 days for the amount to get credited in customer's original mode of payment.We will try to deliver the order within 15 days
